  • 1 piece french baguette or italian bread
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice bread in half lengthwise and spread butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle cheeses over the bread and bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes
