Ingredients

Canned Corn

  • 2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

You can add chopped green onions for extra flavor.
