A comforting and cheesy casserole combining rice, broccoli, and a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for a quick family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups broccoli florets (chopped)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix cooked rice, broccoli, mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Transfer to baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add extra cheese or breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
