Meat Sauce

Cheese Filling

Instructions
Cook ground beef and onion until browned; add garlic and marinara, simmer 10 minutes.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper to make cheese filling.
Spread sauce in baking dish, spread cheese mixture on cooked noodles, add meat sauce, roll up, and place seam-side down.
Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle cheeses, cover, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes; uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade marinara sauce and fresh herbs.
