Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and spinach with olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in chicken, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Add orzo, broth, and cream; simmer.
  • Stir in half of mozzarella, transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can substitute cooked turkey or vegetables for variety.
