Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix green beans, mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper.
Stir in 2/3 cup of fried onions and transfer to a casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, then stir and top with remaining onions.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden, then serve.
