1red bell pepper(sliced)
1green bell pepper(sliced)
1onion(chopped)

1cupheavy cream
0.5cupchicken broth
0.25cupParmesan cheese(grated)
2tablespoonsparsley(chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 3-5 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute more.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer until sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
