  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil with minced garlic, steep with herbs for 10 minutes, then strain and set aside.
  • Poach lobster tails in melted butter for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Slice lobster meat into pieces and toss with cooked pasta, butter, and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Plate the pasta, top with lobster, drizzle with herb oil, and garnish with lemon wedges.
