This homemade burger seasoning is the perfect blend of spices to elevate your burgers. It's easy to make and store, ensuring delicious burgers every time.

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons table salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Divide 1 lb ground beef into four patties, indenting the middle.
  • Rub 1 tablespoon of seasoning into both sides of each patty.
  • Grill patties over medium heat for 3 1/2 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  • Store the remaining seasoning in an airtight container for up to six months.
