Instructions 

  • Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy.
  • Add flour, salt, and melted butter; knead until smooth.
  • Let dough rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  • Shape into desired forms and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For softer bread, let dough rise longer or add a bit more butter.
