Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Place bread cubes in dish, add raisins if using.
Whisk together condensed milk, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over bread and soak for 5–10 minutes.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or cold, with optional toppings like caramel or vanilla sauce.
