  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until combined.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, then marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky. Optional: broil for 2 minutes to caramelize.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or vegetables.
