Ingredients

  • 1 pound skirt steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
  • 1 bell pepper ((any color), sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • Flour tortillas (warmed)

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with fajita seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the seasoned steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Return the vegetables to the skillet with the steak and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately in warmed flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak in a little lime juice for 15-30 minutes before seasoning.
