Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix green beans, mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pour into a greased baking dish and top with half of the fried onions.
Bake for 25 minutes, then add remaining onions and cheese (if using). Bake 5-10 more minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
