A quick and delicious berry cobbler made with fresh or frozen berries and a simple cake mix topping, perfect for a comforting dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 6 cups mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (for a 9x13 cake)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13 dish with non-stick spray.
  • Mix flour, cornstarch, and sugar. Add berries to dish, then coat with mixture and spread evenly.
  • Combine cake mix, melted butter, and milk to form a batter. Dollop over berries and spread gently.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use fresh berries if available.
