A hearty and creamy beef and noodles dish perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 3 cups uncooked egg noodles

Meat

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

Vegetables

  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Dairy

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  • Cook egg noodles until al dente, then drain.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove beef.
  • Melt butter, add paprika, whisk in flour, cook 30 seconds.
  • Stir in beef broth, bouillon, Worcestershire, thyme; simmer until thickened. Add cream and mix.
  • Combine beef, noodles, season with salt and pepper, serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs.
