A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef and crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Vegetables

broccoli florets

garlic, minced

soy sauce

oyster sauce

Instructions
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Cook beef until browned, then remove.
Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add broccoli; stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Return beef, pour sauce, cook until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
