A quick and delicious Chinese-inspired beef and broccoli stir-fry perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients
Meat

beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Vegetables

cups
broccoli florets
Sauces & Condiments

soy sauce

tablespoons
oyster sauce

tablespoon
cornstarch

tablespoon
vegetable oil

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
ginger, minced

beef broth

Instructions
Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef until browned (3-4 min), then set aside.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli and stir-fry 2-3 min until tender-crisp.
Return beef, add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef broth; cook 2-3 min until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper, serve over rice.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
