Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic to make the sauce.
Add pasta and chicken to skillet. Pour sauce over and toss to coat. Heat through.
Garnish with green onions and parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
