Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, then add spaghetti sauce.
  • Mix cooked spaghetti with cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Layer half the meat sauce in a baking dish, add all spaghetti mixture, then top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

You can add extra vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for added flavor and nutrition.
