Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare pie dish and baking sheet.
Roll out pie crust to 1/8" thickness and 12" diameter. Fit into pie dish and crimp edges.
Notes
Chill the butter for a flakier crust and consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream for serving.
