Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients for the cake and set aside.
Cream butter and sugars, then add egg and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
Mix apple filling ingredients and spread over batter in a baking dish.
Prepare topping by combining oats, flour, sugars, spices, salt, and butter. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
