Enjoy a quick and healthy pizza alternative with savory portobello mushrooms topped with cheese and your favorite low-carb toppings.
Ingredients

portobello mushroom caps
(stems removed)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean mushroom caps, place gill-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
Spread tomato sauce inside each mushroom, top with cheese, add toppings, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and tender.
Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
