  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
