Ingredients

Fajita Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 Green bell pepper (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 medium Onion (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 small Flour tortillas (Warmed)

Optional Toppings

  • Optional toppings (Sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, salsa, cilantro)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Toss steak and veggies in a bowl. Freeze steak for 15 minutes before slicing.
  • Whisk marinade ingredients. Coat steak and veggies. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • Layer mixture in the air fryer basket in batches. Shake halfway.
  • Cook 8–10 minutes until steak is done and veggies soften. Serve on warm tortillas with toppings.

Notes

Freeze steak for 15 minutes before slicing for easier prep.
