Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Toss steak and veggies in a bowl. Freeze steak for 15 minutes before slicing.
Whisk marinade ingredients. Coat steak and veggies. Let sit 5 minutes.
Layer mixture in the air fryer basket in batches. Shake halfway.
Cook 8–10 minutes until steak is done and veggies soften. Serve on warm tortillas with toppings.
Notes
Freeze steak for 15 minutes before slicing for easier prep.
