  • 1 lb skirt or flank steak
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4–6 flour or corn tortillas

Instructions 

  • Rub steak with olive oil and fajita seasoning. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  • Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Toss with olive oil and fajita seasoning.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Cook steak in air fryer for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Add peppers and onions to air fryer. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Slice steak, combine with vegetables, squeeze lime juice, and serve with warm tortillas.
