  • 2 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture onto both sides of the salmon.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place salmon in the basket, skin side down.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  • Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
