Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked through and flaky.
  • Remove, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes
