Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets

Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Lemon

  • 1 lemon lemon, juiced

Lemon Zest

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt

  • to taste salt to taste

Pepper

Parsley

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best flakiness.
