Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (about 5 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lemon lemon (cut into wedges for serving)

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, lemon juice, garlic, and soy sauce to make the glaze.
  • Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then coat with the glaze.
  • Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon in basket and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  • Check for doneness; salmon should flake easily and reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve with lemon wedges and optional herbs.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs like dill or parsley.
