Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper
  • for serving lemon wedges
  • for garnish fresh parsley ((optional))

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon in the air fryer skin side down, discard marinade, and cook 8-10 minutes.
  • Rest briefly, then serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best texture.
