Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1.25 lb boneless salmon fillets (cut into 4 pieces (5 oz each, about 1" thick))
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • 0.125 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 slices lemon (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix melted butter, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Line basket with foil, add lemon slices, then salmon.
  • Air fry for 12 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Drizzle remaining marinade over salmon, garnish with dill, and serve.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best results.
