Instructions
Mix melted butter, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Marinate salmon in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Line basket with foil, add lemon slices, then salmon.
Air fry for 12 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
Drizzle remaining marinade over salmon, garnish with dill, and serve.
