This quick and flavorful salmon recipe uses a honey garlic marinade, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a healthy and delicious meal.

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon in the air fryer skin-side down and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove and drizzle with remaining marinade, then serve with lemon and green onions.
