This quick and flavorful salmon recipe uses honey and garlic for a delicious glaze, cooked perfectly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for serving lemon wedges
  • optional chopped green onions

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove salmon from marinade and place in air fryer skin side down.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chopped green onions before serving.
