Instructions
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Marinate salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook salmon for 8-10 minutes.
Simmer remaining marinade until thickened. Layer rice, broccoli, carrots in bowls.
