Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Grains & Vegetables

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 0.5 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook salmon for 8-10 minutes.
  • Simmer remaining marinade until thickened. Layer rice, broccoli, carrots in bowls.
  • Top with salmon, drizzle sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
