Deliciously tender salmon bites glazed with honey and garlic, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for sauce)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated (optional)
  • 2 tbsp water

Garnishes

  • sesame seeds, for garnish
  • green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Pat salmon dry; toss with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange salmon in a single layer; cook 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in soy sauce, honey, and water; simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl; pour sauce over and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
