Deliciously tender salmon bites glazed with honey and garlic, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
Salmon

salmon fillets, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes

cornstarch

olive oil (plus extra for sauce)

soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

honey (or maple syrup)

garlic, minced

Instructions
Pat salmon dry; toss with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange salmon in a single layer; cook 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, and water; simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl; pour sauce over and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
