These easy no-bake brownie bites are made with just three simple ingredients and are both paleo and vegan-friendly.
Ingredients

unsweetened cocoa powder

almond flour
Instructions
Place the pitted medjool dates in a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder and almond flour to the food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes a thick, smooth dough.
Scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.
Place the brownie bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before serving.
