Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Heat an oven-safe skillet with olive oil over medium-high. Sear salmon skin-side down for 2–3 minutes.
Pour sauce over salmon, then transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Optional: Broil for 30–60 seconds for glaze. Rest 2–3 minutes, then garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and lemon wedges.
