  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (skin-on recommended)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • optional red pepper flakes (for heat)
  • optional lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Heat an oven-safe skillet with olive oil over medium-high. Sear salmon skin-side down for 2–3 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over salmon, then transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Optional: Broil for 30–60 seconds for glaze. Rest 2–3 minutes, then garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and lemon wedges.

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best texture and flavor.
