Ingredients

Cooking essentials

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Remove chicken, sauté vegetables in the same skillet for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return chicken to skillet, add soy sauce if using, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
