Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta of choice
  • 150 g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cream and simmer gently.
  • Stir in salmon and lemon juice; cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then toss with pasta.
  • Serve garnished with herbs if desired.
